
This meditation timer is as straight-forward as it looks. Use the slider to select a time and then press the 'bell' button. At the end of your timer interval a bell will sound once.
If you need to pause at any time the pause button will allow this.
If you are new to meditation you may wish to start with anything between 1 and 10 minutes. After that the timer allows you to set the time in 5 minute increments.
Note: The bell will not sound if the screen is locked and your phone is set to vibrate.
